A 49-year-old Lebanon man, with 19 felony convictions since 1990 is facing various charges, including First-Degree Burglary. The incident occurred in the 26-thousand block of Lake Shore Drive around 8:30 Wednesday morning. Lloyd Tabor the Third forced entry into a garage at the victim’s residence. While in the garage, he stole a bicycle, clothing, and personal items. The victim confronted the Tabor and called 9-1-1. Tabor fled the residence on the bike but was located around noon by deputies and a Missouri Highway Patrol Trooper inside a shed on Grand Lake Circle. A citizen in that area saw Tabor come out of the woods wrapped in a drop cloth. That citizen also saw him take a chainsaw from their residence. Except for the drop cloth, the Tabor was naked at the time of his arrest. Laclede County Sheriff David Millsap reports the suspect is currently on parole.
Tabor has been charged with first and second-degree burglary, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
