Man sentenced to 7 years for domestic assault

A Phillipsburg man was sentenced to 7 years in prison, including inpatient drug treatment, for attacking his father. 26-year-old Dakota Drake Wolf was arrested in late January after he attacked his father, who stepped in while Wolf was verbally attacking his mother. Wolf repeatedly hit the victim in the face, and only stopped when a witness sprayed him with bear spray. Wolf entered an Alford plea on the charge of felony domestic assault during a hearing on Monday.
