Man Charged With Homicide In Benton County Shooting

Authorities in Benton County have arrested a 25-year old man and charged him with first-degree murder. Jason L. Kroenke is believed to have shot and killed 27-year old Tarah D. McIntyre at a home in the Bent Tree Harbor subdivision in Warsaw.

The sheriff’s office said deputies were called out to the home around 4:15 Tuesday morning after a report of an accidental shooting.

According to the sheriff’s office, Kroenke was arrested at the scene. Kroenke is being held without bond in the Benton County Jail. No further details about the shooting are currently available.
