A Linn Creek man is facing multiple charges including unlawful use of a weapon after Camden County deputies responded to a call about someone being intoxicated and shooting a gun. Officers responded to the 200 block of Riley Ridge Drive where they spoke with Richard David Guerra-Prats, who said he thought someone was on his back porch so he went outside and fired his gun in the air. He also told the deputy that he was drunk at the time he fired the weapon. As the investigation continued officers went inside the residence and located substances that tested positive as marijuana, cocaine, and methamphetamine. In addition to unlawful use of a weapon, he is charged with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
