Man accused of felony burglary at Osage Beach Walmart

A man who had been told to stay out of Walmart has been charged with felony burglary. 33-year-old Michael Lynn Finley is accused of entering Walmart in Osage Beach and attempting to walk away with hundreds of dollars in merchandise without paying for it. According to the probable cause statement, Finley went into various departments, picking up boxes of light bulbs taking the lightbulbs out, and then concealing other higher-value items inside the boxes. He then took the items to self-checkout and scanned the prices on the boxes, with the stolen items inside them. Authorities were able to recover most of the stolen property, and Finley was arrested. In addition, Finley reportedly had 5 active warrants for his arrest through Boliver and Fordland Police Departments.
