Pulaski County Deputies received a report of a stolen vehicle from the 26000 block of Highway 17 on Sunday. The Victim mentioned a male subject took her vehicle, without her consent, while she was inside paying for gasoline. She said she knew the male subject, and had offered him a ride prior to him leaving with the vehicle. Approximately 2 hours later, Deputies received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 28000 block of Spring Road. Upon arrival, Deputies located a male and female within the vehicle. Both subjects were detained and placed within separate patrol vehicles. While in the patrol vehicle, Deputies found the male subject attempting to hide a substance suspected to be methamphetamine. The item was seized, and an inventory of the vehicle was initiated. During the inventory, a crystal-like substance was located on the floorboard of the vehicle, along with (4) rectangular pills, in reach of both occupants. The crystal-like substance was suspected to be approximately 155 grams of methamphetamine. Additionally, another bag weighing approximately 133 grams and suspected to be methamphetamine was located under the driver’s seat. The male subject also had a large amount of currency on his person. Both subjects were transported to the Pulaski County Jail and booked on a 24 Hour Hold, pending warrant application.

On Monday, Judge Colin Long issued the following:
• Kenneth Luke Harting – Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree, with bond set at $250,000 cash.
• Kayla Boevingloh – Delivery of a Controlled Substance, with bond set at $75,000 cash.
