Making Sure You’re Ready for The Winter Weather

The weather could go below freezing this weekend, and it’s important to make sure you’re ready for the colder weather. It’s important to make sure you take care of things inside your house, but it’s very important to check up on things outside of the house as well. Randy Rowe with Emergency Management says it does not take long to make sure the little things are put away outside.

Rowe says it’s important to wait a maximum of fifteen minutes to give your car plenty of time to warm up.

It’s very important to make sure you are ready to withstand winter weather because if you don’t get ready you could be in danger of things freezing up.

Rowe recommends that folks download some weather apps to stay in the know on what the weather is doing, and KJEL Radio will keep you up to date as well.
