March is national nutrition month, and making sure you have the right food in your body can help you throughout the day. Eating healthy can lead to a great lifestyle, and can keep you active during the day. As our body grows sometimes we don’t realize that eating healthy can help out our body in lots of ways. The Hughes Senior Center makes sure that they always give out a nutritious balanced meal at least once a day. Hughes  Senior Center Administrator Cassidy Kreuer says that there is more to it than just eating healthy.

Kreuer says it’s a good idea to make sure you do eat healthy throughout the day because if you don’t it could lead to some digestive problems.

It is a good thing to always make sure you try to at least eat one nutritious meal during the day, and it will  keep you healthy throughout the day.
