Long Lane Man Facing Charges

A 32-year old Long Lane man was taken into custody by members of the Missouri Highway Patrol at 7:30 last night. Darrick J. Burd is facing charges of felony possession of heroin, felony possession of fentanyl, 2 counts of DWI with persons less than 17 years of age in his vehicle, and careless and imprudent driving. Burd was transported to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon for treatment.
