Local Government week begins May 2nd

Sunday, May 2nd will mark the beginning of a week that celebrates local government officials and employees across the State of Missouri. Local Government Week is May 2nd through the 8th and community members are being encouraged to thank those who keep essential services running throughout the year. Local Government officials and employees will be recognized in several different ways throughout the week, including the National Day of Prayer which takes place Thursday, May 6th.
