(Jefferson City)–Recognizing the need to contain the spread of the coronavirus disease, the Missouri judiciary continues to monitor the status of the virus daily and is working to lessen any impact on court operations.  The Supreme Court of Missouri has issued a new order in response to the coronavirus pandemic. Among other directives, the order suspends – with certain exceptions – all in-person proceedings in all state courts through April 17th and authorizes local courts to determine the manner in which certain exceptions should be conducted
