List of offenders going to Missouri Department of Corrections from Pulaski County Court
(Waynesville)–Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman has released a list of offenders that were sentenced recently to terms of imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Amanda Kimble of Springfield violated terms of her probation for passing bad checks. Judge John Beger sentenced Kimble to serve seven years in the D-O-C.
Leonard Wilson of Tuscumbia violated his probation for felonious restraint. Judge Beger sentenced him to seven years in the Department of Corrections. Marcus Lavender of St. Robert violated terms of his probation for unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Judge Beger sentenced Lavender to serve a total of 11 years of prison time. Joshua Honse of Freeburg violated terms of his probation for burglary in the second degree. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Honse to serve a three year prison sentence. Javon Johnson of St. Robert entered a guilty plea to domestic assault in the third degree and assault in the third degree. He was also on probation for property damage in the first degree. Judge Hickle sentenced Johnson to a total of seven years in the Department of Corrections. Vince Caldwell of Waynesville entered a guilty plea to the charge of domestic assault in the second degree and stalking in the first degree. He also was on probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Hickle sentenced Caldwell to serve a total of 15 years in prison.
