Linn Creek Police Chief suspended

Linn Creek Police Chief, Greg Berry has been suspended from his duties for a second time pending additional information from the Missouri Attorney General Office. Linn Creek Mayor, Jeff Davis said that the city was informed in October about an investigation about off duty actions of Chief Berry. Berry was also suspended in May of last year for allegations about his on the job behavior, he was later cleared in that case. As of right now, there have been no charges filed against Chief Berry by the Attorney General’s Office.
