Rupard tells Regional Radio News at 5pm participants in the Lighted UTV Parade will be staging at the Cowan Civic Center Friday afternoon with registration and lineup at 5pm.
The Lighted UTV Parade will then travel back to Washington and to the Cowan Civic Center. There are currently 70 UTV’s and Golf Carts that are pre-registered and Rupard says they have room for more. To find out more go online to visitlebanonmo.org.
