Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe was the top state leader in attendance at the annual Salute to Service

Waynesville High School Gymnasium was awashed with state leaders, Fort Leonard Wood senior leaders, school officials, and proud parents of area graduating seniors who showed up to receive recognition for their signing up with a branch of the military. The occasion was the annual Salute to Service, which was not held last year nor the year before due to Covid-19. Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe was the top state leader in attendance.

Approximately 100 Civilian Aides to the Secretary of the Army attended the Salute to Service. They’ll be attending a black tie/dress apparel get-together this evening on Fort Leonard Wood, hosted by Secretary of the Army Christine Wormuth.
