Licking Downtown, Inc., will be holding a fall festival, Picking on the Porch, this Saturday

Licking Downtown, Inc., will be holding a fall festival, Picking on the Porch, this Saturday from 9 to 4 at the historic Licking Mill. This is a free event to raise funds to paint and repair the historic mill in Downtown Licking. There will be tours of the mill, vendors, and children ID fingerprinting will be done by the Licking Police Department, meet your first responders, and the Texas County Health Department will be manning a booth. A local band–Moonshine X-press–will be performing from 11 a-m to 1 p-m at the Mill, an old-fashioned quilting exhibition will be taking place, and the Texas County Library District will be giving away free books. Hours for the fall festival again will be this Saturday from 9 to 4 in Downtown Licking.
