Licensed company for the production of medical marijuana-infused products will operate in Waynesville
(Jefferson City)–Waynesville is to get one of the Department of Health and Senior Services’ licensed companies for the production of medical marijuana-infused products.
A license will be issued to 1913 Holding L-L-C, the same company that received a state license to cultivate marijuana back in December. Representatives from 1913 Holding are scheduled to meet with the Waynesville City Council at its regular monthly meeting this Thursday evening. Only 86 medical marijuana-infused products license were approved by D-H-S-S.
Marijuana-infused products are products infused with marijuana or an extract that are intended for use or consumption by a means other than smoking. This can include, but is not limited to, edible products, ointments, tinctures, and concentrates. On January 24th, the state is expected to award medical marijuana dispensary licenses in Missouri.
