Less money to maintain and build roads due to Covid-19

As the COVID-19 forced people to stay at home that meant people traveling the roads and that means less gas tax collected for Missouri roads. MoDOT Area Engineer, Bob Lynch says, they are still purchasing supplies for construction projects:
