Lebanon Zoning and Planning public hearings on Thursday

The Lebanon Zoning and Planning Commission will hold public hearings and take action on several requests during the Thursday meeting. On the agenda is a replat request for lots at the corner of Fairfax and Crescent Drive, a lot in the Livingston Subdivision, the final plat of Carrie’s Place Subdivision, a replat of the Heritage Baptist Temple Subdivision including vacating Greenleaf Avenue, a replat of one lot on Rosenthal Drive, and the final plat of the 900 Block of Laclede Street. The Commission will hear a request for a conditional use permit to operate a brewery and restaurant at 214 West Commercial, and a conditional use request to approve tables and chairs to be placed outside of 214 West Commercial, in the front and back of the business. The Lebanon Zoning and Planning Commission will meet at 6 pm Thursday at Lebanon City Hall. The meeting is open to the public.
