Lebanon Zoning and Planning agenda

The Lebanon Zoning and Planning Commission is scheduled to meet on Tuesday July 18th to include public hearings on several requests. On the agenda is a request to approve Chapter 353 Redevelopment Plan for 2071 W Elm the former Budget Host Inn. The Dels Development is seeking to convert the old motel into multi-family housing. As part of the request the Dels is asking for a tax abatement from the city. In other business Zoning and Planning will consider several conditional use permit requests. One such request is for construction of a wireless cell tower at 109 Cherokee Road. Other requests include approval to operate short term rentals at 116B West Commercial, 320 Adams and 209 East Third. A request to construct four-plex units at 615 Texas Avenue and at 836 Park Manor. the Commission will also take action on a request to replat two lots into 1 at 215 Cornelison and 202 Lee Street. the Lebanon Zoning and Planning Commission will meet at 6pm Tuesday at Lebanon City Hall.
