Lebanon Zoning and Planner to consider cell phone tower location
The Lebanon Zoning and Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on several requests during the October 8th meeting. One item on the agenda is a hearing on a conditional use permit to construct a cell tower adjacent to 1020 Ivey Lane. The Zoning Board of Adjustment will also consider a request related to the same project. The property owner is asking for a variance to construct a 200-foot cell tower. The project is contingent on approval by the FAA.
In other business, the Zoning and Planning Commission will hold public hearings on the final plat’s on Park Manor Addition Subdivision, Lifepoint Subdivision, Esther Addition lot 1 and part of lot 2, Kenny Capps Used Cars Subdivision, and Davis Hills Airport Subdivision. The Commission will also hold a public hearing on rezoning 20750 Ostrich Drive from RS1 Residential to C1 Commercial. Following a vote on the issues on the agenda, the Commission will hold a work session on zone codes and a comprehensive plan on RS3 and RS4 Classifications.
