Lebanon Woman Faces Charges

A 30-year-old Lebanon woman was taken into custody Wednesday morning by members of the Missouri Highway Patrol. Lori D. Phillips was wanted by authorities for a failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear in court for possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a vehicle, and several other charges. Phillips was taken to the Laclede County jail. No bond has been set.
