Lebanon woman charged with drug possession

A Lebanon woman who was already on probation is now facing additional charges related to drug possession. On December 21st, a Trooper with the Highway Patrol reported pulled over a vehicle in the area of Oasis Road when the license plate came back to a different vehicle. When the trooper spoke with the driver, identified as Cheryl Rae Mosier, she said she was going to a storage unit. After gaining consent to search the officer located pills that were in the wrong bottle, a coffee can that contained a pill bottle with different types of pills, and used syringes. Also located in the vehicle was a license plate tab that belonged to someone in St Robert, and a credit card. Mosier was taken into custody and when she was searched at the jail, a baggie that contained a crystal substance. This week, Mosier was charged with 3 counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and is scheduled to appear in court on February 21st.
