Lebanon woman arrested on felony drug charges in Camden County
A traffic stop last week in Camden County has led to felony drug charges against a Lebanon woman. According to the Camden County Sheriff’s Office, deputies pulled over a car for a traffic violation in the area of Spencer Creek Road, on Wednesday. During the traffic stop, the deputy suspected the driver was under the influence. When officers searched the vehicle they seized a small amount of marijuana and a quantity of suspected Cocaine. 23-year-old Brianna Phelps of Lebanon was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. In addition, because there was a child in the car at the time, Phelps is charged with felony endangering the welfare of a child. Phelps is currently free on a bond of $20-thousand-dollars, and is scheduled to appear in court on September 14th.
