With these cold winter temperatures, anyone who needs a place to get warm overnight in Laclede County now has an option with the Lebanon Warming Center. Amber Meredith is the volunteer coordinator and says they have been able to provide a warm place for those in need.

The Lebanon Warming Center is located at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, and Meredith says transportation is provided for those who need a ride, all you need to do is call ahead and then meet at the Free Store at 6:30 pm. They ask if you plan to drive yourself to call ahead.

Meredith said they also still need volunteers to stay overnight. Lebanon Warming Center will open their doors each night through March when temperatures are at 32 degrees and below.
