Lebanon School District’s Strategic Planning

The Lebanon School District wrapped up their strategic plans over the past five years. In June of 2022 The Lebanon School Board started getting input from a multitude of people on the next strategic plan. The School Board asked the Board of Education, staff, students, and parents on how they can make the district better over the next five years. Lebanon Superintendent David Schmitz says the input of others matters and they had a big event that helped them gain some more input.
Schmitz says the plan will focus on facilities that are in need of upgrading.
Schmitz says he is very excited about the Success Ready Student Network which prepares the students for their futures and is integrated into the strategic plan.
