Lebanon Police Department is hiring

The City of Lebanon will soon have a new Police Chief on board. Chief Jerry Harrison will begin his new job on April 15th. One of the challenges that many law enforcement agencies are having is staffing. Lebanon City Administrator Mike Schumacher tells Regional Radio News that their paid training program is helping to add staff to the Lebanon Police Department.

Schumacher said they continue to seek application from seasoned Law Enforcement Officers as well. In the meantime, the Lebanon Police Department has officers on staff who will act as mentors to the new officers…

Schumacher said that the benefits offered to Police Officers joining the Lebanon Police Department are significant and comparable to other agencies of this size.
