Lebanon Police and Body Cameras

The Lebanon Police Department will soon be fitting the officers with body cameras. The agency has had dashboard cameras for some time, but not body cameras. Lebanon Police Chief Bryan Arnold said there will be benefits to having the body camera’s in place..

Chief Arnold said there are camera’s everywhere with cell phones and camera’s on buildings, but a body camera will provide the view of an investigation from the officers perspective.
The Lebanon Police Department should be fitted with the body cameras when they arrive after the first of the year.
