Lebanon Man Sentenced For Child Sex Crimes

A 45-year-old Lebanon man was sentenced Monday for charges related to child sex crimes. Thomas Kincheloe received a sentence of 15 years for Statutory Sodomy Or Attempted Statutory Sodomy – Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Person Less Than 12 Years of age; he also received a sentence of 12 years for child molestation – 2nd Degree of a child less than 12 years of age. Kincheloe entered a guilty plea yesterday (Monday) in Laclede County Circuit Court before Judge Aaron Koeppen.

Kincheloe was charged in December of 2022 with three counts of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy – deviate sexual intercourse – person less than 12 years old, and one count of second-degree child molestation of a child less than 12 years old.

The incidents reportedly occurred at a home where Kincheloe’s wife operated a small childcare service. Authorities say Kincheloe said the events happened when his wife would go shopping.

Kincheloe’s sentence will run consecutively, meaning he will spend 27 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Kincheloe will be eligible for parole after serving 22 and a half years.
