A disagreement between neighbors resulted in one person being arrested. Lebanon Police officers responded to the 600 block of West Second Street on Monday evening for a disturbance. At the scene, officers were told that 57 year old Robert Pickard was yelling at his neighbor and calling him names. The victim also reported that Pickard had gotten in his face telling him to hit him. When an officer approached Pickard advising him he was under arrest for peace disturbance, he started yelling and getting in the officer’s face, then resisting arrest. Pickard has been charged with peace disturbance and resisting arrest, with a bond of $25-hundred-dollars. His next court hearing is October 28th.
