Lebanon Man Injured Trying To Elude Law Enforcement

An 18-year-old Lebanon man suffered moderate injuries after trying to elude law enforcement officers at 3:30 Tuesday afternoon on Route TT a quarter mile east of Route F in Camden County. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that Ryan L. Nichols was riding a motorcycle when he traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a guide wire, ejecting him from the bike. He was transported to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.  Law enforcement did not disclose why Nichols was being pursued.
