Lebanon Man Facing Numerous Charges

A 61-year old Lebanon man is facing multiple charges following his arrest by members of the Missouri Highway Patrol last night (Thursday). Scott Byrd was taken into custody for felony driving while intoxicated persistent offender, a Camden County Warrant for operating a vehicle without a license, a Bryan County Oklahoma warrant for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a crash, C and I driving, involving a motor vehicle crash, driving while revoked and no insurance. Byrd is being held in the Laclede County Jail.
