Lebanon man facing drug possesion charges
A Lebanon man is facing drug charges after being stopped for having an expired license plate. Lebanon Police pulled over the vehicle driven by 35-year-old Justin Clayton McCance on March 19th. The officer was granted consent to search the vehicle, and when the officer went through a backpack that was in the seat, he allegedly located illegal drugs and paraphernalia. McCance told the officer that he believed the syringe belonged to one of his friends. McCance was arrested and is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and remains in the Laclede County Jail.
