Lebanon Man Facing Charges
A 32-year old Lebanon man was taken into custody by members of the Missouri Highway Patrol at 7:00 p.m. Monday. Bradley E. Bailey-Smith is facing charges of Property Damage in the 2nd degree, Assault in the 4th-degree special victim, resisting arrest, DWI, and careless and imprudent driving involving a crash. Bailey-Smith was placed on a 24-hour hold in the Laclede County Jail.
