Lebanon man charged with counts of assault

A Lebanon man is facing 4 counts of assault following an incident at a residence in the 11-hundred block of Twin Maple in August. According to the report by Lebanon Police, officers responded to a disturbance where a fight was taking place at the apartment building.
Those involved told officers that Michael Tuebner had been arguing with others at the apartment building, pushing, yelling, throwing a broom, spitting on one person and head butting and punching another. Tuebner is also accused of throwing a fire extinguisher and attempting to stab one of the victims with a pair of scissors. Following the incident, Teubner was taken to the hospital for mental evaluation. Teubner is now charged with assault.
