Lebanon man charged after attacking family members

A disturbance between family members on Monday night resulted charges against a Lebanon man. Officers responded to the 600 block of Brice Street, and spoke with a man who said that he had been assaulted by 23 year old Tristan Wayne Timm. The two were arguing over the dogs being in the living room, and Timm allegedly pushed the victim down, and wrapped his hand around the victim’s neck. He then allegedly pushed his father, when he tried to pull Timm off the victim. Timm is charged with two counts of domestic assault, and is free on bond. His next hearing date is set for March 9th.
