Lebanon man arrested for Delivery of a controlled substance

A Lebanon man is facing charges in Camden County for allegedly stealing items from a Macks Creek home last week. Nicholas Richard Clark is accused of going into the home on Doc Ridgeway and leaving with items that didn’t belong to him. Clark was arrested during a second incident in which he was in a vehicle that was stopped by Sheriff’s Deputies on Friday. When officers searched the vehicle they seized 31 baggies that contained a substance that contained methamphetamine, along with 11 hypodermic needles, a marijuana pipe and a straw that contained a crystal substance. In addition to being charged with burglary for the incident in Macks Creek, Clark is also charged with delivery of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, with a bond of $25-thousand-dollars cash or surety.
