A Lebanon man has been charged with multiple counts of fraud. According to Lebanon Police, a local bank customer was called by his bank, in July, to inquire about checks in the amount of $750 and $450. The customer service person asked the victim if he had written the checks to Tyler Ellzey and he said no. The officer located Ellzey asleep in his car and asked him about the checks he cashed. Ellzey told the officer that someone had given him the checks and asked him to cash them in return for a portion of the money. He changed his story a couple of times giving the officer different names. Ellzey has been charged with 3 counts of forgery and 1 count of stealing.
