Lebanon Laclede County Route 66 Society Wall of Fame

Around 80 individuals attended the Annual membership meeting of the Lebanon Laclede County Route 66 Society and Wall of Fame induction ceremony over the weekend. Route 66 Society President Bruce Owen was again elected to serve as Board President and talks to Regional Radio News about upcoming events in Lebanon….

During the event, the Bacon-Speaker family, The Lenz Family, and the Direct Route Delegates from 1922 I.T. Curry, W.M. Hawkins, Bert Henderson, Andrew Rader, Fred D. Harris, Phil M. Donnelly, L.C. Mayfield and the Lebanon School Band were all recognized to be inducted to the Route 66 Wall of Fame, which is on display at the Route 66 Museum. The original 11 board members of the Route 66 Society were also recognized, along with Alva Starnes of Starnes Auto Body and Glass for continued support of the Route 66 Festival through t-shirt sales.
