There is a full agenda for Lebanon City Council’s Monday night meeting. On the agenda is an ordinance approving a plan for an Industrial Development Project authorizing the city to issue taxable Industrial Development Revenue Bonds in a principal amount not to exceed $9-million-50-thousand-dollars. Council will also consider a real estate contract with First State Community Bank for property located at 113 North Madison. In other business, the council will consider approving a side letter agreement with the unions representing electric and environmental services, and firefighters accepting the 8 and a quarter percent pay increase with no additional pay increase in 2022. Lebanon City Council will consider approval of an addendum to the compensation philosophy and study agreement with PayPoint HR, approve the purchase of software for the Police Department, a work Authorization agreement with Toth and Associates for a water rate study, a purchase agreement with Willard Asphalt, and with Olsson to create a new 5 year Park Master Plan.
