Lebanon homeless count is done. What to do now with the results?

Now that the homeless count in Lebanon has been completed, what is the next step in trying to decrease that number? During a sleet storm, a group of individuals went out to try to obtain an accurate count on the number of homeless people in Lebanon. The group was able to identify around 80 homeless people. The true number is likely higher due to the fact that many had sought shelter from the brutal winter weather on the night the count was performed.
