A Lebanon Man who already had a warrant for his arrest for probation violation, is facing drug charges in Laclede County. A Lebanon officer reported that he was on routine patrol when he noticed 36 year old Jason Lee Weaver in the 300 block of West Commercial. According to the probable cause statement, the officer drove around looking for Weaver, and found him at Monroe and Second, and placed him under arrest. When the officer searched him, Weaver was allegedly in possession of a baggie that contained methamphetamine. The officer also seized several syringes that Weaver was carrying. Weaver is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
