Lebanon City Council will hold the second reading to rezone 20750 Ostrich Lane to C-1 Commercial when they meet in regular session on Monday. Council will hold public hearings on
rezoning Breeze Valley Subdivision from C-1 Commercial to RS 2 Residential. There will also be a public hearing on the replat of 2 lots at the corner of West Pierce and South Madison, the final plat of Livingston Subdivision and the final plat of Tick Acres Subdivision. Lebanon City Council will consider a resolution addressing rental rates for city-owned facilities.
Other items on the agenda is approval to purchase LED street lights from Harry Cooper Supply for the electric department, and the purchase of circuit breakers for substations. Council will consider the agreement between Studio C Productions for Civic Center Theater light replacement. Council will consider the purchase of Hydraulic Extrication Tools from Alex Air Apparatus for the fire department, and Universal Forensic Extraction Devices for the Police Department. Lebanon City Council will consider the rebuild of the 36 wastewater pump, and Council will consider approval of the necessary paperwork to complete the North Adams Avenue sidewalk project. Council will consider the sale of a portion of a hanger and the lease of ground space at the Airport, they will consider employee benefit plans, and an agreement with Trane Technologies for the purchase and installation of HVAC control software upgrades for City Hall and Police Department. In other business, council will consider an agreement to surplus a fire engine, and purchase a Ford F550 chassis from Lindsay Ford and a quick attack engine from Precision Industries, and a financing agreement. Following regular business, Council may vote to go into closed session. Lebanon City Council will meet Monday at 6pm at City Hall.
