Lebanon City Council will hold their regular meeting on Monday evening. On the agenda is the second reading on a code amendment which will make changes related to appointments to the Airport Advisory Board. The first and second readings include a state block grant agreement for financial assistance for the Airport through the CARES Act.
Council will consider an agreement between the city and Forevergreen Landscaping for yard restoration services, and an agreement with Legan Trucking for Rock Hauling Services. An agreement with Mainstreet Asphalt Maintenance is on the agenda, as is an agreement with Cooperative Response Center for Utility call center support services. Lebanon City Council will consider a change order agreement with McClanahan Construction to increase the original amount of the agreement by a little over $12-thousand-dollars for materials for the work at the Waste Water Treatment Plant, and they will be asked to approve a change order between the city and Construction Concepts Corporation for an $18-hundred dollar-cost decrease. Lebanon City Council will begin their meeting at 6 pm at Lebanon City Hall.
