Lebanon City Council will consider a resolution to adopt the Enforcement Response Plan to provide guidance in all phases of enforcement related to the City’s Industrial Pretreatment Program, during their Monday night meeting. In other business, City Council will consider a task order with Olssen Incorporated for the new street drainage study. Council will consider an agreement with Reinhold Electric for horizontal boring for electrical service at MFA, and an agreement with BBC Electrical Services for pole maintenance for the feeder 1040 project. They will consider an agreement with Radiophone Engineering to provide support for Dispatch Consoles and the radio fleet, and they will consider an agreement with Republic Services of the Ozarks for solid waste containers and collection services. Lebanon City Council will hear the first reading on an ordinance amending city code pertaining to sewer use and wastewater treatment. In essence, the code change would prohibit any waters or wastes containing toxic or poisonous solids, liquids or gases in sufficient quantity to cause harm to the system or the public. Lebanon City Council will begin the meeting at 6pm Monday at City Hall.
