Lebanon City Council to meet Feb 12 at 6pm

Lebanon City Council will meet on Monday at 6p.m. for a work session. On that agenda is information from staff on Council goals related to infrastructure and utilities with round table discussion to follow. Council will also hold a closed session for discussion of real estate and employee group negotiations.

On the regular City Council agenda at 6:30. There will be a presentation to COPE Domestic Violence Agency, recognition of Police Department employees, and a proclamation of Ronald McDonald House Week. Other items on the agenda are public hearings and decisions on the final plat of Tabone Addition, Hartman Subdivision and Oakwood Estates. There will also be public hearings on an appeal of the Zoning and Planning Commission decision on a conditional use permit to operate a short term rental at 337 Lasalle street.
In other business council hold a second reading on the rezoning of the 400 block of Texas Avenue from M-1 Industrial to RS2 residential. Council will consider bills to approve the sale of a portion of a hanger, and a revised ground lease agreement at the Airport. Council will consider an agreement with BuildTec Construction for polishing concrete floors at 2 fire stations, council will consider the purchase of Chlorine Leak Detectors from Schulte Supply for the Water Department. Council will vote on approving a Cost of Service Study provided by Toth and Associates for the Water, Sewer and Electric Department. Council will consider the purchase and completion of a body buildout for a fire truck, and the purchase of mowers from Fohn Furniture and Lawn, and the surplus of 3 mowers, and they will consider a contract with ATJ LLC for the purchase of 21 acre. Lebanon City Council will also consider the first reading on a change to Chapter 48 of the Zoning Code, and addressing a right of way fee to address video service provider fees. Lebanon City Council will meet at City Hall 401 South Jefferson.
