Lebanon City Council to cover the $870,000 shortfall of building costs on the new Nelson Park
The estimated shortage of $870-thousand-dollars, will be the portion paid from fund 22 and the park fund. In other business Lebanon City Council approved the final plat of Lifepoint Subdivision at 25640 North Highway 5, and they approved the replat of 5 lots on Kenoly Street. The property owners were seeking to combine the lots into 2 lots.
In other business, Council was asked to approve an agreement for a 3 year agreement with Enterprise Systems Research Institute for GIS mapping Software at a cost of $28-thousand annually, and they approved $13-thousand-500 for an amendment to Professional services agreement with Larkin Lamp, Rynearson for engineering related to upgrades, and rehabilitation project of wastewater treatment plant.
In other business, council approved the renewal of the agreement with Civil Air Patrol for the lease of a T-Hanger at the Floyd W Jones Airport, and the approved the purchase of shelves for the city vault, at a cost not to exceed $9-thousand-dollars.
