Lebanon City Council Moves To Help Address Economic Changes
Lebanon City Council has made a move to help address economic changes and inflation when it comes to making purchase decisions during the bidding process. On Monday, City Council voted for a second time to change the threshold between bidders, to 5 percent. Previously the bidding threshold was 3 percent, but effective immediately it will be 5 percent.
