Lebanon Mayor Jared Carr will make two presentations during Monday’s City Council meeting. A presentation will be made to NAMI for their participation in the Adopt A Street program, and Police Officer Jake Little will be presented with a Life-Saving Award. Two resolutions are on the agenda, one waiving development fees for residential housing and construction on 25 existing infill lots, and another to not entertain electric changes until such time as the Electric Reserve Fund balance falls below 40 percent of annual operating revenue. In other business, Lebanon City Council will hold a second vote on approval of the fund balance and debt management policy. The first readings will include the purchase of a thermal imaging camera, the purchase of aerial cable for the electric department, and a lease agreement between the city and Mercy for use of the property at 100 Harrison Avenue for ambulances. Lebanon City Council will meet tonight night at 6 pm at City Hall.
