Lebanon City Council meets and makes several purchases

During the Lebanon City Council meeting on Monday night, Mayor Jared Carr made a special presentation to Abby Hynes LHS Band Member who earned a place in National Honors Band. In regular business, Council was presented an ordinance approving the purchase of financial management software and another on implementation of the related program. Lebanon City Council gave approval for the purchase of financial management software from Adaptive Insights for an amount not to exceed Twenty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($28,000.00) per year for five (5) years; total of One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,000.00). Council approved GovSense for the implementation of the software at a cost of $42-thousand.

City Council approved the purchase of a new floor scrubber at $10,950 from Springfield Janitor supply and they approved the purchase of 2 Twenty-Five Hundred Foot reels of Primary Underground Wire from Graybar Electric Company for the Electric Department, the purchase will allow for the installation of underground lines at the new Nelson Park. They approved an Agreement between the City and Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc. for Collection System Improvements in Goodwin Hollow Watershed #4 at a cost of $712-thousand-911-dollars. Council approved APAC Central for the runway mill and overlay at Floyd W Jones Airport.
